 i am starting a new buisness and it concerns products that save large amounts of energy for homes and buisnesses.Is there an agency that will give you something like a 'GreenEnergy Seal Of Approval' that you can use to show customers that your buisness is recognized as a green company

There are many green business certification programs out there, however they differ greatly. We earned a green business certification from the Green Business Bureau. You can visit their website at: www.gbb.org   Many of these companies don't offer quality tools that actually help you out along the way. GBB does and I highly recommend it. Inktknal - Seals like the Green Seal* and the Leed Green Building Rating System* are certified by non-profit organizations. Other seals, like the USDA's National Organic Program and the DOE/EPA's Energy Star progam are certified by the federal government.
