Loans and grants are available, I have assisted a fellow veteran with a
felony and PTSD in getting a loan. You will not get an SBA loan, they do not
lend to felons (as of today anyway) - contrary to popular news, banks are
lending - just be sure to disclose the felonies to your loan officer - try
smaller banks and regionals first. Contact SCORE for assistance. Also check
out the EBV program - I think they run one at Syracuse University. They can
help. Welcome home - I made my own start when I came home from the Army in
1970, you can do it also.

nonprofit programs and resources tailored specifically for Veterans. Enter NY
in the drop down box to find help by type of need, such as counseling,
funding, marketing,etc. Good luck!
