Hi there,   The answer to this question largely depends upon exactly what you do and what you are looking to do (if different).  Do you white label, sell raw materials, have your own brand, make custom formulaes etc etc The states is highly competative when it comes to the supplement industry, much more so than the UK and it will be very difficult to compete with US competitors unless you're either offering a product that isn't available in the states (or better than the competition) or you're a low cost producer.  Even if you have a solid brand developed in the UK you will be effectively be starting from scratch.  Assuming you do have something that customers would buy, you have  a variety of strategies that you can pursue for distribution: 1) There are several supplements distribution companies that will distribute the product for you 2) You can license it to a US supplement company that distributes their own products (assuming overlap with targeted retailers) to distribute it for you 3) You can try to do a deal with a major US retail outlet involved in your niche 4) You can set up a US based website, there are companies that can help with that process   Ultimately, what you can do depends on how good the product is or how cheap it is.  Hope that helps
