We are going to start online business in Poland /enabling producers to sell and our clients to buy from them/ then possibly expand it to American market.

If you are starting a business in Poland, I suggest you first contact the local government there to find out about their laws and regulations for starting a business.
If you would like to start a business in the U.S., you would need to pay taxes to the state you are registered in. Do you know what state you are planning to set up your business?
