Hello,
I am an Iranian who has a dental implant material company which is located in
Sweden. and I want to establish a branch of my company in U.S.
There is couple of questions which I would appreciate to answer me.
First, it is possible to establish a branch in US while I do not have any US
citizenship or residency.if yes, how? Do u think taking an attorney is needed
or I myself can handle all the red tape?
Second, How I can register my product in US.
I would appreciate in advance for your answer.

Hi Hamid, to register your business you may want to take a look at the Establishing a Business section of the SBA.gov website and click on the 5 Steps to Registering Your Business. Here you will find a good overview of what registering a business entails. Also searching the community section for the blog post, Starting a Business in the U.S. as a Foreign National, should help answer if it is possible to establish a branch in the U.S. Good Luck!
