We have a new buusiness it is Asphalt Sealing we are an LLC. I was advised to file for an 'S' corp. status which I did. Apparently there was a missing signature and they sent the form back we completed the signature and faxed to the number included in the letter from the govt. I called later to check on the status and they advised me they do not accept fax (even though the letter I recieved with the returned app offered a fax number). I was also advised I only had 90 days from the start up of the business to get this status. Can you please advise what my options may be?
