Hi
I am an LLC disregarded entity ( 1 member). I am going to provide independent contractual services to another company. The company does not accept sole proprietors however when I am filling out w9 form it states if the LLC is a disregarded entity then in the tax classification to choose individual/sole proprietors. Is this the correct options? I am wondering since I am an LLc even though I choose individual/Sole proprietor if the company will accept

version of the W9 does not have a place to put D (disregarded) when checking
the LLC box.
Secondly, you are only a sole proprietor for federal tax purposes. Your legal
entity is still a state-created LLC and hopefully the other business is fine
with that.
