Does anyone know of any programs to help with living expenses to go to school?
I'm a single mom of 4, that wants to go to school to become a medical assistant. There is no way I can work, go to school full time, take care of a house, and raise 4 kids all by myself. That's why I just want to go to school full time, but there has to be a way to pay my bills. I do live in a subsides apartment, so my rent isn't a whole lot.
If anyone could offer some help I'd appreciate it.
Your best bet is to contact the school you plan to attend - talk with their financial aid - they can help you determine how much education grants you would qualify for as well as provide you lists of student loan companies - student loans can be used for living expenses - just don't go overboard.
