There are 3 different boxes for tax information on this page for my business
plan.
Payroll tax
taxes (real estate, etc.)
income tax
im having trouble figuring out what they want in those boxes.
Does any one have any suggestions.

must also pay unemployment tax. Those are the payroll taxes you should
include in your financial projections.
If your business will own real estate, you will pay property tax on it. Some
states also collect personal property tax on equipment, machinery, computers,
desks and other items used in the course of your business.
Income tax is just that. All for-profit businesses must file a tax return. If
you will be a single owner of an LLC or a sole proprietor, you may be able to
report your income and expenses by filing a Schedule C with your personal
taxes. Otherwise, your business will file its own tax return.
