I noticed that it was recommended to have a financial representative help
with this section. This is an existing business but will be a new business
for me. What's the best way to make these predictions??

Try looking at past performance to help fill in this section or industry statistics to estimate what you imagine they will be. You can also find information on financial projections in business plan section. If you still need assistance, try getting in touch with a local Small Business Development Center or SCORE, two of SBA's resource partners.
