Financial Projections

There are 3 competitors in the the area. I am not a restaurant, not a burger
joint, not a carhop, and wont serve carbonated beverages. Not to make light
of it, but I literally do not have a business that I can model projections
after. My target market is not broad, and my retail space will only cater to
folks who have credentials. There are items that can be sold and be found
interesting to the general public, but my target is not walk-ins or average
retail. How do I come up with figures that will speak to the lending
institutions and make sense to us as a business? I need to know what I will
need to sell to "keep the lights on" or break even. I am working with SBA
advisors and will pose the same quandary to them, but thought this might be a
good resource for me, as it has already proven to be. Thx

you come up with some ideas for creating a financial model? What are you
selling? Who are your customers? Why do you think there is an opportunity
here?
