I am a very small business in start up mode. I have not had any sales yet because I am still getting everything in order. I understand a business plan is very important but at this time I am not looking for investors or creditors. This just seems very formal for what I am trying to do at this time. I don't have any sale numbers to base my projections on so I am struggling with this part of the "plan". Any help is appreciated.
