I am not sure what you need in order to provide these classes. I would assume that there are some standards that must be followed. Try to find a ged association - they should be able to help. You can also find other organizations that provide this same service and ask them - try to find a company outside your targeted area. You might also try talking with a local university, college or community/junior college. They may be able lead you in the right direction as well as may be willing to fund your organization (they outsource to you) as well as send you leads. For funding, if you are a for-profit organization - you might not be able to find many grants. Having said that, you should still contact private foundations that focus on continuing education or even childhood education. if they provide grants - they may help with funding. You could even talk with your local government. Most governmental grants are provided through your local governments. If there is a high need in your community - you could apply for a number of grant opportunities through them. Just approach it as a means of improving your community and creating jobs (the more education people have the better the jobs).
