I currently live in Ca. and have been having a great deal of difficulty finding a place that the city will approve. Will I run into the same problem in Utah?Which cities are best?

The answer to your question depends on the type of business you want to start
and on zoning requirements in the city in which you want to start it. You can
find information by contacting the Utah Department of Commerce or by
contacting the chambers of commerce in the cities in which you are
interested. Both entities help with relocations.
