Suppose you want to find the best property to invest into - a commercial
space that would help you start your business idea.
You then found a number of agents that you think would help you out on your
business venture - most especially - in terms of looking for the right
property space.
How would you know which one is the best agent to hire and partner with? Are
there any specific things that an individual should know, ask, research, etc
first and what is needed before deciding whom to really hire?

I think a good real estate agent is worth giving a commission fee to. They
specialize in the areas they operate and know all the regulations and laws.
Their knowledge is invaluable.

Always start with personal referrals. If you have any friends or relatives
who had the need for an agent in the past, they would provide invaluable
information about the process as well as their respective experience with the
agent they chose. If you cannot find a friend or relative who knows a
reputable agent with whom they had a good experience with, start by
contacting your local Better Business Bureau and look for those firms/agents
with high customer satisfaction...there are many out there, so trust is
important..good luck in your search!

This is true that it is tough to figure out who to hire. But the best way is
to go for the past of all in the list and then you can compare them for the
best one. Most of the time we do in same manner in similar situations.
