I have a recent registered C-Corp located at Miammi FL. dedicated to export
Wholesale hotel supplies to Centralamerica.
Question I the case I buy goods from a Local or state vendor to resell
overseas do I have to pay sales tax to my vendor?
All the good will be delivered from the vendor warehouse to the Freigth
forwarder that performs the Export porcedure

Try getting in touch with a local Small Business Development Center or SCORE, two of SBA's resource partners. They're located across the country and provide free business counseling and answers.
