I am a foreign company that want to establish a business presence in the US. Do I set up a new US corporation? what kind? LLC? S corp? Anything information on tax, financial transaction etc would be helpful
The S corp is not available if there are foreign shareholders. other issues to be discussed. LLC i stypically reccomended.
