I have a business in Sydney, Australia - and want to offer the same services here in CA.
I will have a US citizen and an Australian on an E3 visa working/running the business - as I am based in Australia and will only be taking my share of the profits.
1. Should we open a US branch or separate company (similar name)
2. Which is the best LLC or S (for tax purposes)
Any information would be greatly appreciated - as we are hoping to open doors on Feb 1st 2010
