Maybe this has been addressed already, and if so, a link to that thread will suffice as an answer. If not, help in this matter is very appreciated!
My idea is to pursue regular e-commerce, that is, online business, in USA. I'd be working with US manufacturers, delivering to the US market. That is, no import or export. Just me, doing business in USA from Sweden.
Now, I have already formed an LLC in Delaware and I have a mailing address too, plus an EIN. But the distributor wants a few tax related informations in order for me to sign up them.
A few are: ''Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption', ''Official tax/license, PST certificate or equivalent form', ''Resale certificate or license number.'
What are these and where do I find them? This is a bit confusing at the moment.

I did talk to them, and first they told me to sign up with their online program on their website. But in it, they wanted my Social Security Number, which I don't have sine I am not a US citizen. I called them again and after having been referred arround to different people, I finally reached a man who told me that since I am not present in Delaware at all, I do not need a business license.
Could this be correct? That would mean that for foreigners like myself, who are not present in USA at all, do not need to acquire a business license?

If I understand you correctly, you incorporated in Delaware, but you do not have a physical presence there. If that's the case, what the man told you about not needing a business license in Delaware is correct.
Do you have a physical presence in the U.S.? The reason I ask is that will determine where you need to go to get a Sales and Tax Permit, since these are issued by state revenue agenices.

I live in Stockholm, Sweden. So I am not present in USA at all. But I am in the process of signing with an american distributor and the aim is to rwach the US market. My LLC is registered in Delaware however. Will Sales tax/Business ID still apply?
