Forming a L.L.C.

I am forming a L.L.C in Bellevue, Washington State. In the form they require my address and the business address. Can I use my sister's address as the mailing address. The business is about opening a store in Bellevue mall. Can I use the mall's address as the business address?

I assume you are not a resident of Washington. If not, you will need to have a registered agent in that state. If she is willing, your sister could be your registered agent. The business address would be the location of the business, so the mall address. Just be certain to notify the state if you move the business to a new location.
