Thanks, NancyJ, Actually, this is good. I've been looking for a place to find details on legal info and requirements for small businesses. I have a lawyer working on things like LLC requirements, etc., but as you know, lawyers get expensive and the more we as SBOs can do for ourselves, the more we can save.
