Need to know what lic. & tax req I need for a bus. that will supply a product to groups or orgs. for their fundraising...as well as selling the product at retail.
It is a good time to open a business that will give organizations a vehicle for raising funds. In California the Schools are facing serious budget cuts so programs for sports and the arts are looking for ways to fund themselves. If you can provide a way for participants to raise money in their communities that will come in handy.

Your licensing and taxing requirements would be the same as any for-profit business in your state. The non-profits are just customers, like your retail customers.
