I have studied the many form that Bio Fuels are produced around the world, and I have found out that there is no fixed Production Rules of Quality Control. We can't replace one Bad fuel for another, if we don't have better cuality control in making New Bio Fuels. We will just replace one problem for another. It is up to the pertinen agencies and corporations that produce Bio Fuels to get together and putin place Rules of production and cuality conttrol. This is just my opinon. What do you think about this idea.
