getting out of a business partnership

Hi my question is I am in a cleaning partnership with a family member we only been in it 2 months and I want out of it I have all the money invested in it they only have a few hundred into it also they are still doing the accounts and are saying I will not get any of the money while they are doing the work I am not helping because I want out and they dont have the money to pay me back they want to make payments to me I dont know how much a month but they want to keep the accounts we have and 1 of are accounts pays for are insurance and busineess cell phones which they cut mine off because it is tied into there own personal cell account also they never put my name on the bank account and all checks go to there home adreess what is the answer to this mess also I have to go to the accounts 1 to 2 hrs before they get there because they have things to take care of things in the morining and I dont think its right also its suppose to be a 50 50 split and we have someone helping us we go a check and they took 50 percent out and gave me 50 percent and I had to pay the other person the money should be split 3 ways I feel not 50 50 because the third person did alot of work
