Hello my name is Ricky and I live in Emerson,NE I'm 32 and looking to start
my own restaurant. I have no idea what I'm doing or where to turn for answers
on getting this started. I have been cooking for years so I know what I am
offering is wanted just not sure on how the whole business side works. If
anyone has any insight on programs or people that could help me get started
it would be greatly appreciated. I could even be interested in having a
business partner.
