A security clearance is a determination by the U. S. government that a person or company is eligible for access to classified information. There are two types of clearances: Personnel Security Clearances (PCL) and Facility Security Clearance (FCL). These clearances are mandatory for bidding on many Government Contracts. This session will help you learn: What type of information is requested, steps to getting a Personnel Clearance and what can prevent someone from receiving a security clearance.
