Hello. I own a small, woman owned and HUBZone certified Freight Brokerage company. I am currently an approved TSP and have rates on file and active with several government agencies.
I have tried contacting my local PTAP, and while he was able to give me some very useful information, he was not familiar with the service my company provides and was not able to provide me with industry specific advise.
Basically, I have most of the leg work done, I am looking for advice and suggestions on how I can go about securing business from the government and getting loads.
What should my next step be?
Where can I find information and/or advice about marketing my specific services to government agencies?
Having served as a Transportation Officer with the federal government, it is iportant thatyour rates whether filed with DoD/SDDC, GSA or other DoD components, i.e. DeCA, AAFES are competitive.
