I currently have a business and a skin care product line with unique characteristics which have been approved by the AARP. Products were launched nationally at AARP Convention September 2008 with significant positive response. Financial crises adversely affected follow up sales and we have over $1.0 million in saleable inventory. We need a grant which will enable advertising and promotion and some clinical work on a new exciting application. I have two patents and four registered trademarks.
Very hard for a 'for-profit' business to get a grant of any kind. You can try www.grants.gov - but I don't think it will help.
Other options:
1) Business loan - use your past sales, inventory, future sales to get the working capital you need for marketing etc.

3) Try bartering your products that you have on hand with service providers that offer the services you are seeking.
