I would like to get a grant to open a sector of my business that ill allow me to teach low income, disabled, or under privileged individuals how to start a business online. Can anyone direct me to some positive information?
I own an operate a marketing/publish corporation. I have 2 degrees (1 in pre-pharmacy the other in pre-med). I have over 10 years management experience and have been in business 2003.

Do you have experience teaching the classes you propose? If so, you might contact your state department of labor and offer to teach the classes to people receiving unemployment benefits. That would be one way to get started without the need for immediate funds.
at the OP:
I think your best bet would be to connect with local community resources, especially those targeted at the diabled. They would be in contact wioth other networks which will have details of funding and support services available for people in your circumstances.
While your educational background may not be that relevant, your disabilioty may make you eligible for some sort of assistance either federal or througyh private charitable organisations.
The bottom line is that if you're llooing to make monry from the business you should have to fund it yourself. Risk = reward. The gov will help with non-profits, but they won't help you make money for yourself.

Federal and state government agencies do not provide grants for starting a business, paying off debt, or to cover operating expenses. Government agencies do not provide 'special' grants for women, minorities, veterans or disabled entrepreneurs. Grants from the federal government are only available to non-commercial organizations, such as non-profits and educational institutions in areas such as, medicine, education, scientific research and technology development. Learn more about small business grants here.

government grants are mostly provided to either non-profit-organizations and/or small businesses that are into research and innovation of technology in the form of SBIR program. For rest of the businesses, there are state-financed, sba-guaranteed or some non-profit / private organizations' offered small business and/or government backed business loan programs, that are low interest, easy terms and conditions, fixed rate, both short and long term financing for the business. They also don't have strict credit requirements.
