Starting The House of Ruth has been a dream of mines for years. I'm in need
of information that would assist me in starting this business in Hopkinsville
Kentucky. I located a Hotel downtown Hopkinsville on main street and the
owner is asking $250k, I am trying to secure this building for a lesser
price. i really need to know some of the procedures in starting a business.

Im not sure how it is in kentucky but in california we often ask for grants
accordingly, like me i run a transit company and
If i need to buy a new office with new high tech equiptment i would apply for
a "Communications Grant" which would help with communications and the office
. For you , i would suggest applying for a loan or a grant of property .
