Grants for Disaster Assistance

I own a pretty multi-talented firm. Since we do network construction and telecommunications infrastructure, we could be a great help in some of these disaster scenarios that are going on across the country right now. We can help re-establish telephone service, emergency-wire buildings for FEMA or other agencies needing quick and reliable networking in these local areas, and we can even assist with reconstruction efforts.I don't want to do this to make money, but my firm is too small to absorb the cost of volunteering our time and there are costs to operate, even if they're low. Is there some kind of government program we can take advantage of that would help pay our basic costs to do extended disaster relief or to assist in some way? Basically I need to be able to pay for the gas, food, hotels if needed, and a low hourly rate to support a team while away from home. I'm very tired of sitting home and watching some of these areas that are hit so hard and being unable to do anything about it. We CAN help, but we can't afford to maintain ourselves there for free. Any ideas anyone?
