Grants or loans & student projects

I'm looking into starting an online business, need to have a program written which would include a load board for the trucking industry.

I'm currently a freight broker with CR England Logitics, have a lot of information, ten years experience driving truck, just under three eyars in brokerage, & I can guarantee this would be a project any student in grahic arts or business would benefit from tremendously.
