Producing cheap and efficient solar pannels should be a real focus for governments around the world. Every day we simply ignore vast amounts of solar energy that could be used to greatly reduce our relaiance on non renewable fuels. Personally I'd like to see all new homes and commercial buildings have a requirement for say 10% of the roof surface area to be PV arrays.
