Gravatars would be awesome

Just discovered business.gov and I think it's pretty awesome. If it's not too hard I would love to see support for gravatars added to the site. It's very old school to use impersonal avatars anymore. Most people like to use real pictures (a change froma few years ago). Gravatars are free and would not require anything more than a simple query to the gravatar website using a users email address. This keeps bandwidth from being a problem. You can also filter gravatars by rating so that the content is carefully moderated.

Another, related question, is it perhaps acceptable for me to include my gravatar in my signature? I've not spotted any rules to this effect but thought I would ask first.
