This is a great offer that you have put together.  When you are thinkng about marketing an offer like this you really want to just think about marketing your company in general.  This offer should be targeted to potential customers, but the e-book is probably going to work most effectively at collecting contact information from people who are thinking about doing business with you.   An ebook offer like this is about creating a step inbetween someone first hearing about you and actually purchasing from you.  To that end, I would suggest putting the offer on your website and then focus on doing all the standard things to drive traffic to your site and specifically to that offer.   You should be sure to take a piece of the content (the intro) and make it available before the download so that you have a chance of being found in organic search results (you can and should also create some related content like blog articles that will help drive more organic traffic.  You can also use an AdWords campaign to drive traffic to a landing page for the ebook.  Of course you need to keep a sharp eye on the economics to be sure that you have a chance of recouping your investment.  You can do direct mail pieces that drive traffic to the site and offer.  Again, basically anything that you would do to market your business will apply here.  The offer is just to improve the number of customers that you ultimately get from your marketing by creating an inbetween step that allows you to nurture leads.
