How would your business operations be affected by an outbreak of H1N1?
I did not think of this until recently. My wife and children got the Swine Flu. We had had to take the Tamiflu medicine and stay at home. I was not sick but I had to tend to the wife and children. I been putting some steps together so that we don't pass the flu around at my business. Thanks for the link to the tips.

I read the advisory that was put out for small business and, as the first poster noted, there is one glaring omission: Who will replace YOU if you come down with the flu? Sadly, this is no idle question. EVERYONE, including the president, needs to have others cross trained to step in. There needs to be someone else who knows what decisions need to be made now, and which ones can wait. There needs to be someone in charge of each major function in the company. You can't just call a temp agency and have them send in a CEO for a few weeks.

Great post Arim. You have hit hard right on the head. Though the fear and the furor about the flu outbrake has subduded over the year, it seems that we need to figure out a plan in advance to keep the business going in case of future outbrake of similiar kind of virus.

yeah, thats a major concern again this year.And I think it's going to keep going for some years to come. So we should come up with proper ways to protect our community.
