Handicapped friend looking to start a small coffee shop

I am writing for a friend of mine. He is 27 and paralyzed by an infection which left him without the use of his legs.
Being young, he has no money but really wants to contribute to his community. The area where he lives, Stansbury Park UT has no small coffee shop and he would really like to run one.
His problems are:
No idea how to start looking
No source of money for the startup
Limited access or knowledge about computers. This is why I got into this.
Are there grants available for handicapped to start up a service business?
What are the steps we need to take to get a business going?
I apologize for being long winded but I am a novice at handicapped, business and getting grants or loans to start a business.
Thanks,
Rob

by the way). I'd also like to suggest that your friend learns more about
computers and the internet. Perhaps he can attend some classes for beginners
and develop on that. The internet is a level field where handicaps do not
matter.
Plus, for small businesses, the internet can be a source of cheap marketing
and brand/business development.
