Hello My name is Oscar Zamudio. I am a commercial broker working with Coldwell Banker Commercial. I have been going through some pretty intense finacial training to be a ble to thouroughly assit clients with their Commercial investment. Investment being defined as anything that you or your business invests money by having to buy to use, rent to use, or simply invest to grow. I have learned some pretty sophisticated formulas proffesional investors use to invest in real estate as well as brokers need to know to help their clients come up with realistic affordable rents as well as mortgages. How to renegotiate your lease, specially at this economic state. I am putting together workshops tailored to assit small businesses in making sound finacial descisions by providing critical information that can make the difference between survival and prosperity. I am new to this site and will do some homework and try to be helpful in any way I can.
