My wife ( VET spouse ) has a property maintenance company that has purchased
a commercial building that she runs said company out of and also leases
office space. We are having difficulty finding a business plan template to
refinance the property through SBA - We were advised by our local vet loan
officer that we need a business plan for our company even though the loan
would be for a commercial building of which is based off of the performance
of the building?! HELP!

I have exited out of SBA build your own business plan and I can not get back
to it. I can only get to it by going to the history in my computer. Does
anyone know how to get to that Template with out going thru history. it gives
me a lot a problem going that way.

There is more than one way to write a business plan. As recommended by
KBurger, you will find information in the SBA's "Guide for Writing a Business
Plan." You do not need to follow the template exactly as long as you include
all the listed items (management team, business entity structure, financial
statements, etc.). Completeness is more important than the order in which you
place the various information.
