Help Legalizing A Document

We sometimes write job descriptions for clients that are worth a good amount of money if they used them to circumvent our services as recruiters a.k.a. they gave the descriptions to other recruiters or they just went and posted it on Monster. This has happened a few times and, prior to giving the document out now, I would like some sort of legal disclaimer. Can anybody give me some advice?
Would something as follows works? 'If you use this document for x, y or z purposes, you are subject to (lawsuit?) in the State of New York' ??
