I and 5 others, all of whom are seniors in high school, are looking at
starting a mobile game development company so that we may publish apps on the
Android Market that can bring in revenue. The vast majority of games only
bring in 500-3000 in revenue, and we are looking at making 1-2 games before
we break up due to college, etc. I am a little concerned- how much does it
cost to start a business as mentioned? I've seen prices as high as 5000 for
starting an LLC after lawyer fees, etc. What is the best/cheapest model we
can use to set up a temporary business like this? I am open to any
suggestions, thank you!
First you have to target the region, in which region your apps may be in
demand and what age and people will use your apps. Then target these people
accordingly and spread it information about your apps.

Here you will also find information about Estimating Startup Costs as well as Choosing Your Business Structure. Another great resource is SCORE, one of SBA's resource partners. SCORE is a nonprofit association comprised of thousands of volunteer business counselors throughout the country. They are trained to serve as advisors and mentors to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners (at no cost to you).
