There are plenty of resources online which teach online marketing in-depth! I usually go to the SEOMoz page, they have a wealth of material which is both effective and easy to understand. Doesn't get too technical. I recommend you start from there. However, marketing takes up a lot of time and effort and you might want a company to just take care of it for you. Creating and publishing videos to various Video Hosting Sites like YouTube and Daily Motion is one of the fastest and easiest ways to get your website exposed to traffic. So is blogging, as almost everyone knows by now, Google loves Blogs. Combining both strategies is, therefore, a very wise move. i.e. start a Blog and post lots of relevant video content on it in various blog posts. To get practical help with these areas I recommend joining the Warrior Forum which is the Mecca of Internet Marketing information and also Fiverr Dot com - the Internet's foremost Micro Jobbing site where you can outsource almost anything you can think of. Your site does look great! You need to come up with a marketing strategy that involves pay per click and search engine optimization. The pay per click will allow you to start bringing in leads right now and the SEO will allow to lower your marketing costs down the road as your website should start to naturally rank high for your desired search terms.

I checked out your site, it looks nice!- As some feedback, the first thing I would recommend would be to remove the google ads as the first thing a visitor sees on your site that directly relate to skin care as some customers may leave right when they see it.  this is good for you to get revenue, but google and other major search engines, will notice that the customers are quickly leaving your page- Thus, they will see it as your site not being as 'accurate' as it really is. a good website that is a blog and somewhat similar (as far as I know as a guy) is www.makeupgeek.com- this lady posts Youtube videos about once a week on new products and tips.  Social Media is an excellent tool to gather traffic and to get the word of mouth out. I noticed that most of the content is new on your website, make sure it stays that way.  Google and other search engines will continuously look for new content, and this will help out significantly.  Make sure you use the Google keyword tool to ensure you are adding the right tags to your site. Sorry if it comes across as rude, but I was a little confused to what your site offered when I first saw it.  It makes sense, but it seems like a product website versus a blog, but I don't know how to buy products or what products are being recommended.  perhaps providing feedback on specific products, like reviews, will get people interested.  I know that WalMart offers product reviews, which could help you start generating feedback.

That is a very braod question and a question that many of us deal with each and everyday.  I would suggest that you do an internet search for "Search Engine Optimization" or SEO and "Search Engine Marketing" or SEM.  Search, read, learn and then implement.
