so im wanting to start a home business and build said home at roughly the
same time. is it possible to get a home bussiness loan to literally build the
workspace? do i get a home builders loan and a seperate business loan? am i
crazy for wanting to build the house and business at the same time?
i know thats a lot of general questions so if you need more information
please let me know, i honestly have very little idea of how to do this...

residence. But, you could work it the other way, get a home loan to build
your house and build your business. Not only will you stand a better chance
of approval but you will see lower rates and longer terms which will make
your payments more affordable.

keep in mind that going to be the proposal you will be presenting to the
lending institutions. In my view apply for SBA micro loan which helps to
start your own business terms.

you would get a mortgage to build the house, then dedicate a portion of the
space to the business. You can take a tax deduction on your personal taxes
for the space used exclusively for the business.
