hello
i'm hoping someone could help me. I wanting to do wedding and other
speciality cakes in my home. I live in the state of Illinois and can't find any
info on the regulations. Would I need a seperate kitchen? And a health
inspection? And would I need to register a tax id?
I would appreciate any info you can give me
