I am not quite sure what I would need to start this business. I know that I need to register as a LLC, but I am unsure how to do so. If anyone knows where to direct me for a full list of requirements, I will be most appreciative! Thank-you in advance for any help! :)

sustainable, long term business. As you consider cash flow, make sure you
work with a reputable partner for accepting credit/debit payment. A valued

To actually get your business registered in your state, go online to your
secretary of state's website or call down there. They will tell you want you
need to file, provide the forms and tell you the fees. You may also have to
register in your county or city.

SCORE and SBDC can help you fill out these papers as well as help you develop
your business model to ensure that you get your business off on the right
foot.

Lastly, why an LLC? Personally, I like the LLC but that does not mean that it
is the best option for you. Look into c-corps, s-corps as well as LLCs.
