It is about understanding your customers - the people you want to target with
your products or services.
If you understand your customers, who they are, why they buy, what need they
want to overcome, where they get thir information - then you will
automatically know where and how to advertise to them. Advertising is only
about pushing a message out in a medium that your targeted customers will see
and respond to - the only way to create that message and know where to put it
is to know your customers.
