Hello, I talked to my Mortgage Planner from AskTheMortgagePlanner.com and he recommended to join business.gov for my mortgage business related questions. I would like to start and online business and get a loan for that purpose where do I start? Thank you and looking forward for any recommendations.

Take a look at the Business.gov section on Loans. There are a few checklists and a lot of information.
The Small Business Administration (SBA) can help with if you have difficultly finding a lender.
