I would suggest the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) - offered by the IRS - This site will allow you to estimate taxes and pay online - check out - https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/helpinfo/helpAbout.do Regarding your state's obligation - you will have to contact them directly - You can try the Florida Department of Revenue - http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/ Your best bet would be to contact a Florida based CPA or Lawyer that understands international businesses.

You really have two issues you're going to have to deal with - federal tax issues and state tax issues.    With respect to federal taxes, foreign persons are subject to the US tax system if they have 'effectively connected income' (ECI) with a US trade of business.  Generally, this would require the foreign person to have a physical presence in the US either through a home office (or some office or branch) within the US.  Online services are releatively recent with respect to US taxation for foreign persons.  I would expect that the IRS has issued some guidance on online businesses for foreigners and I'd recommend checking the IRS website (www.irs.gov) for this.  If you do have ECI, you will have to file a federal tax return (form 1120 if you have an LLC taxed as a corp) in the US, just like any other citizen.      With respect to state and local taxes, you are probably going to be subject to a state's taxing jurisdiction if you conduct business within that jurisdiction.  Each state has different rules and guidance, so I'd suggest narrowing the states where you transact business and looking for any guidance issued by the applicable state taxing authority. 

Since you are a resident of a different country, you also have to look into the taxes you owe to the country of residence. You should look for someone who is an expert in international law since you have both countries tax revenue services to worry about.    I'm assuming you opened an LLC here in the US so you can promote the company as a US based LLC? Any other reason? And you opened in 2008. It's already tax year 2009. Didn't you have a similar issue for tax year 2008?

You can then do them on your own in the future (maybe) but have an expert make sure you are on the right path!
