Maybe someone out there can help. I have an idea for a product, So I found www.davison.com and I told him my idea. He told me $700.00 will get this thing going. Im going to keep this short and to the point. I have no money but I do have my idea drawn up. So how can I keep im idea protected, And what would be my next move...

It sounds like you have some questions about intellectual property rights. Have you taken a look at our Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights Guide?
It has a lot of great resources and information about the process of registering, protocols, as well as things to look out for.
Does anyone have other ideas? Please feel free to chime in!
If you are going into a parnership with someone, sign up a few contracts, so to protect yourself, and have him sign, you sign, and a 3rd party to witness it. You can also make a non disclosure agreement, so no one who signed it, is it liberty to discuss or share your idea.
