I would like establish an International Company.

I am not U.S. citizens and I don't work in the U.S.A. but I like U.S.A because it is very reliable in the world therefore I would like register my Company in the U.S.A.

Please help me. What should I do for this subject?

I think your question is answered, but I would like to comment on this..   U.S.A. business always sound to be better than any other international business.. Most customers prefer them.. Why is that happeninig??
